We look forward to welcoming you at your appointment. Arriving right on time is perfect, no need to come anymore than 5 minutes early.
If you are running more than 15 minutes late please let me know as it may effect the length of your treatment.
Please note that our treatment room is located on the first floor and is only accessible via stairs. We kindly ask clients to take this into consideration when booking.
AR Massage Therapy is a home-based treatment room. To respect my personal space and ensure each client receives my full attention, I kindly ask that all appointments are booked online in advance. Unfortunately I'm unable to accommodate walk-ins.
Professional Conduct Policy
AR Massage Therapy is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all clients. Harassment, inappropriate comments or behaviour will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
Your massage therapist reserves the right to terminate a session at any point if a client's behaviour is deemed inappropriate or makes the therapist feel unsafe or uncomfortable. In such cases, the client will be responsible for the full cost of the session, and no refund will be issued.
